If you’d like to delete your AnotherApp account, please fill in your details below and our team will contact you to process your request. Account deletion is permanent and will be completed within 30 days of verification.
What happens to your data
Email & profile: Deleted immediately. Support & compliance logs: Retained 90 days. KYC/identity records: Retained 5 years (AML). Transaction history: Retained 7 years (tax law).
Your wallet is self-custodial — AnotherApp has no access to your private keys or funds. After account deletion, AnotherApp cannot recover your wallet. Make sure to back up your seed phrase before proceeding.
